Custom units require 10-12 business days for processing. Please note this timeline begins once your form and payment are received.

What information do I need to provide in the Custom Unit Form?
You'll need to provide your head measurements, desired style (straight, curly, wavy, etc.), preferred length, color, cap type (closure or frontal), and any additional customizations you'd like.

Are deposits required for custom units?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to begin creating your custom unit. Full payment is required before shipping.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges for custom units?
Since each unit is made specifically for you, all sales on custom units are final. Please double-check your form for accuracy before submitting it.

What cap options are available?
Small (20"-21.5"), Medium (22"-22.5") and Large (23"-24")

Can I request a specific lace color?
Yes, we offer lace tinting in various shades to match your complexion. Please indicate your preference in the form or in purchasing options

Do you offer installation services for custom units?
Not at the moment, but we plan to offer this later in 2025!

Refund and Exchanges

All wig purchases are final.

Due to the custom nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any wig purchases. This policy applies to both pre-made and custom units.
